Thanks! None of the other videos I looked at bothered to mention that you need to do it on both sides. They just said do it again,, but without explaining how/why. Yours was the only one that made sense. How ridiculous that many of these tutorials presume certain steps without bothering to explain it. Thanks. Your video is great!

I need this crap in 9th grade. . . and the teacher wont tell us how to do it. . . but to just follow her, so if i make a mistake, IDK WTH TO DO!?!? This applies to all of the students. . . So its not my fault if i fail. . .

what if the solution is imaginary. for example y=x^2+1. You have no idea how to factor polynomials. download a program for it
