i keep getting a chorus sound out of mine when i have everything turned off like when i just want to bypass is, any soutions, also any ideas for getting a high gain tone becaue i cant seem to manage one?
I actually prefer the GT-6 over the GT10 only because you can change your levls for most of the effects on the fly with the knobs. The GT-10 is pretty much knob free and you have to scroll through menus to make changes. However, the GT-10 offers newer bells and whistles that the GT6 does not, like a USB port and an extra control pedal. With all that said, the GT-6 is a better bargain for the money right now....
the knobs, buttons and pedals do intimedate me lol, i didn't even know really how to play it (btw when I was figuring it out, it was on stage live lol)
I've never tried the GT 10...but I find the GT 6 to be pretty sweet, I play mostly prog/metal and I've used one for years. I actually just bought another one I seen sittin in a local music store not to long ago for just about $200 canadian. It's well worth the money if you can find one for that price.
you may still get one (used) - they should be pretty inexpensive now. But as a GT-6 user (for 2 Years) i strongly recommend to raise some money (or wait= to get the gt.-10.
The sound is a hundred times better...it is much easier to use - and what is most important: you can loop a riff and try out different setting, while the riff plays on and on. Trust me...its sooo much better to make your own effects like this.
Yeah....i would TOTALLY recommend to buy the GT-10 instead of the 6.
You might be able to get a used GT-10 for about 350-400 bucks (with a bit luck and patience). The GT-10 is pretty solid and can withstand a lot of beating, so you should be able to find one in a reasonable condition.
yeah but u see i live in malaysia... i dont see people using them here..... but though i have some connections that may help.... i dunno lets just see what happens... thanx anyway
the manual is awful, has anyone gotten thier head around it
