This looks like an Amazing Sweeper. How do you clean It though, and do you need any special solution to do so? I would Appreciate knowing the answer to this as I am looking at getting the whole Rubber collection. Many Thanks.

How do I keep the head from unscrewing itself from the handle as I sweep? Also, my handle piece has split near the clip end. Are replacement parts available? I'm really surprised at the shoddy workmanship of this product. With all the testamonials in the emails, it seems that everyone thinks that all the products are the best invention since the wheel.

I use a Mac computer and could barely hear the audio also. Luckily the picture combined with the low volume explained everything just fine. Those guys are really funny!

What happened to the SOUND??? This video, even with computer sound plugged into external amplifier, set to MAX VOLUME, I can hear that you are saying SOMETHING, but it doesn't some out loud enough to actually HEAR and UNDERSTAND what's being said!!!
