  • Its also a lot harder if u lay yur feet flat instead of using yur toez to push off the floor!

  • Its suppose to be explosion work yes but that's way to much weight for him I doo these all the time but wit much light weight and my feet come off the floor wit so much more explosiveness! Whats the point of doin that much weight if u can work on the speed aspect of it? I say lower the weight by like 50 LBS and watch the results jump out window! Better to move lighter weight and be more explosive than dragg heavier weight and move a lot more slower!

  • Wont lie, it doesnt look healthy. May work great I dont know Ive never done them, just seems like you could find another exercise to work the same muscles with less strain on the knees
