You can clearly see guys 'just standing around'. I counted 28 on the scene just outside in front. There were even some guys not even in gear. This call was small. It was a KFC. Maybe a kitchen fire. It pretty much looks like in the vid, that the whole district was there. You really did not need the 2 TL's there and the 2 extra rescue pumpers and the extra runner lead
Before you start shoting your mouth off the fire was knocked down and the guys were packing up. The guys without the gear are engine chauffers or chiefs aides and dont need gear on. The fire was a all hands meaning all companies on the box were going to work. So before you say something know what your talking about.
Mister, this fire could have been a very serious fire, so more than usual units where dispatched to the scene, thanks to this the situation was controled quickly.
o ya and which department do you belong to, me being a firefighter can say this is NOT a waste of resources dont think this is a waste what if a firefighter fell through the roof or there was an active fire?
