Hi! first of all your video is the only one that answered all of my questions. this is a great tips to all the beginners. This video is so True. Now, just wanna ask some questions.. I'm just working out at home i have bench press dumbell(20lbs/each) barbell(100lbs) and i am trying to save money to go to gym. and bcuz i can't add no more weight on my dumbell or barbell is it ok
QUESTION!! Are you saying we should add more reps? or add more of the weight? I mean it doesn't make sense to add weight each workout. And also if we should add more reps how many should I add?
I think it's also good to mix in some negative training into your workouts. It tends to work your muscles in a much different way than regular training.
I should show this to some of my friends ,becouse, they were always saying me : "dude, it's better to lift a lower weight more times then doing a less with hevier weight like you do". This guy proves my theory,and it's visibly on me, every time i put more kilograms onto bench or dumbbells, muscle significantly grow. But,also you cannot expect to have a muscle if you're too skinny or too fat,that means a healthy eating.
I think he is 50 percent right because if every time you go to the gym and you keep adding weight to stress your muscle so it can grow but over time you do less reps its pointless. I believe that when you can do a rep of 10 with what ever weight is fit for you then you add 5 more pound and from there go on.
I like the idea of the log book, I may start to do it. But muscle doesn't break down when you work out. Muscles swell when they are worked out. If you "break down" a muscle, i.e. a tare, your gonna be in the hospital. Good video though.
thanks man. i have question, what exercise should i do everyday in gym, i saw some guys working like weight room class, they do chest in one day and other parts in week. i mean, should i do all parts in one gym day?
He didnt mention sleeping well at night, and eating 6-8 low fat high protein meals per day every 2 hours and all the other stuff you have to take. going to the gym and pumping weights isnt enough. its a lifestyle
The guy in the video gives good advice, but he needs to let people know when to increase your stress load. YOUR BODY WILL TELL YOU WHEN IT'S TIME TO INCREASE WEIGHTS WHEN IT BECOMES EASY TO DO YOUR NORMAL WOROUT ROUTINE. WHEN YOU FINISH FASTER, IT'S TIME TO INCREASE THE WEIGHTS.
this is really good advice, i wasted a lot of time training without progressing not realizing that i had to progress every workout to gain muscle, i had no idea what i was doing and it's such a simple concept.
Really liked it tbh thanks for the tip dude i got this thing happening to me iv been working 3-4 months now and i didn't see any difference in my muscles because i always did the same workout same amount of workout every day now i know why :p

What if I increase the weight to build stress but I can't do as many reps what one is better to keep maximum stress on your body?

@falkon14
Low fat yes, but you need good fats like raw nuts, avocados, peanut butter etc. daily.
