@PastorPete51 Try to see the intentions behind the fact that there were images shown of different places and cultures while the words "Raise your hands all you nations" was being sung. Seems to me the point is that the message of our Lord and Christ is relevant and applicable to all peoples, nations and cultures, not that it in any way is implying the glorification or worship of Buddha.

What he means is don't worship money, women, sex, drugs, stuff that doesn't fall under things that God wants you to do. Economy is bad, but God's giving you a test, hopefully you don't fail it. If you truly seek God, he will never give you a test too hard if He knows you can't do it. He loves, you, why would he knowingly let you go?

@LiveMtnDew People do not have to go to church to worship God, but they should find a group of people they can worship God with. The Bible states "as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." It also states that we should not neglect meeting together as others have done. Basically, man is steeped in sin, and when left to our own devices we gravitate toward evil, but by meeting together for the common purpose of good (which is the glory of God) we find accountability, encouragement, etc.
