I played Cyborg Cop on PSN today (PSN: ROBOT_COP) and he won 70 matches in a row. Somehow this guy can fish out counterhits like none other. And he never EVER missed a hit confirm into a combo. It was crazy.

I think the only reason people have problems with Rufus is that he flew under the radar mostly in vanilla and now that he's top on the early tier lists, people flock to him. Give it time, and I can guarantee that Cyborg Cop would shut him out in a rematch. :D
