You can make this by using some MICR Toner and mixing it with some vegetable oil. Mix this up till it is in a thin consistency (add more vegetable oil if too thick). Now pour the solution into a bottle and pour that onto a table or something flat and and get a rare earth magnet and put that underneath the table or flat surface and it with spike up. I do it all the time..:) it's hard to tell but in the video he's using a magnet underneath.. That's how it's moving around and such.
