Go into the settings.. options.. and set the timer to default.. to 0.3 per pic :) what program are you using and ill give you a few details.

ok heres how you speed up the frame rate using windows movie maker...
first go to the tools bar at the top of your screen , then go to options at the bottom of that menu.
then you can set the picture duration - anything from 0.125 secs to 30.00 secs.
I hope that helps - I am still learning how to do stop motions myself.

its easy are you using windows movie maker ? I managed to work it out on that if you want to know how to do it.
yup i am, i know how to make it but the speed is the problem. like the picture duration.
