But you can imagine: even if Russians would manage to eliminate the local languages and even mix to an important extent to the locals, would the Kazakh be Russians from that moment? Of course not, they will be a mix of sheer Kazakh majority, but speaking the occupant language, adopted by force. The same thing in Turkey, Romania etc.
