Just made some, following the video. It works out very well but, of course, does not look as pretty as your nonna's but I'm sure it will improve.

@gwavebabe great you tried the recipe and, of course it takes time to improve the quality, but keep on... you'll do great tagliatelle soon! Nonna do them generally on sunday, for family lunches. What sauce did you use with them?

Don't laugh..the other day I just used ready-made Bertolli vodka sauce, which is ok when in a hurry.
