i think that all of this drama is getting a little out of hand. First of all, of course the judges change the scores afterwards. otherwise the scoring wouldnt reallyt be against each team. say team a goes and they are good and get 10s but then team b goes and they are better. the scores should be changed to reflect that.LP i think had a deduction because of time do they may havescored highest but with deduction gotten third. let novi MS enjoy it win :)

I looked at all the videos and all these girls did good and you can see that a lot of hard work and dedication has been put into all the routines. As someone who does not know anything about pom, I feel Livonia pom was the best out of the 4 videos I watched. But again that is coming from someone who is not looking to judge but to just see which one I like the best. Not sure where the other teams are from.

Thunderfoot - first of all, you are clearly from GC or Novi, because you seem to know A LOT about the past few years of middle school pom to be from Flint and Brighton.

And also, you clearly dont know much about pom, seeing as every 3 seconds a pom is on the ground a team loses .5 points. So although it was sloppy, her picking that pom up right away was the right thing to do.

And you can pick out every mistake in LPs routine, but it still doesnt change the fact they were the best. Sorry.

LIVONIA POM was amhazzing... who ever was saying that we should have got what we got... obviously you haven't looked at the snappy, and how dificalt the rountine was.. gc did one partner move, novi did i think 2 and one of them a girl almost fell on her face.. atleast the girls on livonia did difficult partner moves and where snappy the whole time.. so what if we where so excited that we huged are coach because we throught it was really good and we where excited..

Word on the street is that there will be a meeting by the Livonia coach with the director of Mid American where the video will be shown. Depending on how that goes, it could be shown on YouTube in just a few days so every team that pays to compete through MAPP will know how they run their competitions.

Again. Mid American (the judges) rigged the scores and there is a video that proves it.

And honestly, if anyone watches those tapes and truly believes that placings were legitimate, they must not know pom very well. Novi was sloppy, had terrible form, and the routine was not entertaining at all. GC was better than Novi, but still not great. The routine had no cohesion. Livonia deserved the deduction, but if they were judged fairly they would have won despite it.

Okay, all I wish to say is that Livonia Pom was clearly the better team. I am not from Livonia, but I was at the competition and watched the performances there and on youtube, and it is clear. Even with a 5 point deduction, they still should have won.

And everyone saying Novi won "fair & square", you might want to wait a few days on that one. There is proof that the judges rigged scores so Livonia wouldn't win, and its only a matter of time until everyone sees it.

I think Livonia Pom deserved first. All the teams were really good, but walking off the floor wrong shouldn't take away first place from these girls. I understand its a deduction, but it shouldn't seperate first from third! The judges are much harder on Livonia Pom, and judged unfairly. GO LP!

ALL THE TEAMS DID THEIR BEST!! there is no need to dis any of the teams for what they did on the floor. If you love the sport of pom, there is no need to bash any of the teams for what they did. Just leave this whole situation alone, its so not worth it. That just means next year, everyone will be bring out all the stops to win. GOOD JOB TO EVERYONE.

And dont forget, livonia, already won high kick, and the hip hop compettition, they should be thankful for winning something.

Wow, I just watched all 4 routines and I do not even know what the question is. Livonia Pom obviously was the best one. There performance was harder, sharper, all the girls were together on all the moves. Novi's kickline was off due to the girl who kicked by herself. Garden City's kick line started with the girls on the left too far apart and then they squished together. I could not stop laughing when I saw in the video when Novi threw the girl across the floor. My vote is for Livonia Pom!!!

They were 3rd because of being over by a few secs. The scores from 1st to 3rd were a couple points and LP was deducted 5 points for those few secs. So they would have won by at least 3.Did you notice it took 5 secs for them to start the music. Look at Novi's kick line. Did Novi mean to have one girl kick by herself and then not kick when everyone else was kicking? Also, love when they throw a girl across the floor just like shooting someone out of a cannon at the circus.
