Are you showing us that water can boil by a greatly reduced air pressure (caused by expandning the syringe) surrounding that water? And the thermometer proves that the water was orginally well below its boiling point of 100 degrees?

So you are trying to create vaccuum but due to non adiabatic body of syringe you cant do that.am i right
