K, im new to this, and this is the very frist time ive ssen them and the first time i seem them a guys face goes all weird in the beggining, and i was like "nice first impression on that guy"
Groups like SHINee, u-Kiss,Super Junior,SNSD,are like factory made. Processed kpop stars, with very little originality. Can' t touch groups like Shinhwa, Rain, S.E.S, etc.

But I love the new groups as well, factory-made or not - who really cares? They're awesome, good at dancing & singing, and really really lovely guys. I am happy and can't complain. :) I just simply love Kpop!! <3
As I got into kpop late (about late 2009), I really love the modern groups (such as Big Bang, SHINee, Super Junior, U-KISS, etc.), but looking at songs like this and seeing how big Shinhwa was, I really wish I could've gotten into kpop WAAAAY earlier. :,(

As a SHCJ, I'm always so happy to see new fans appreciating Shinhwa and joining our club <3 But I've also seen some not really nice comments from some of the newer fans, especially the ones calling Shinhwa "too old" to have a comeback. Those are the ones that get on my nerves/hurts because it's a very ignorant comment so I tend to speak up about it =P Let's just all support [buy their albums] them when they have a comeback in March! =D

@kionayamagata I do know what you mean ^_^ Strange as it may seem, b/c I watched suju and dbsk debut, they will always seem like adorable babies to me :) Ppl call it the 5-year curse, but it's nothing that mysterious; it simply coincides w/ age where boys would like to & have ability to stretch their wings. Things will settle in few yrs & if the group sentiments are still running strong enough, they'll get back together. Hopefully, u will still be fan enough to see it ^_^

@kionayamagata We were lucky w/ Shinhwa that they have strange mix of personalities where some led & some like to be led in a group, yet equally ambitious, individually; so they stretched their wings 2gether. Minwoo always said, "Member who’s left behind, we grab hold of his hand. Member who’s at the front, shares his luck with the rest of us." It's nothing I can really express in words. Will be touring 10 cities in Asia, so fans are all super excited :) Sorry 4 being longwinded

everytime i'm watching this video, or their performance of this song, it's always fascinating to see min woo jumping on the chair... i thought the chair was nailed on the floor, but after the song, they can just easily pick up the chair...
@wajinnie Minwoo's jump is one of the main highlights for me too :) Strangely, people don't mention it much ^^; Same with how Junjin does a flip of his chair for his part.
The only SM legends i knew until now were DBSK but i have to try out the songs of these guys...!!! I never knew that there were legends before DBSK.!!
@NaruHinabias I like DBSK but if we are talking Legends, Shinhwa is up there with HOT and G.O.D as the original boy group legends of kpop, even DBSK has nothing on these guys. Shinhwa is also a legend because they have been together for 11-12 years without disbanding. You should try their stuff, they are pretty awesome.

Of cos the old kpop is what made the present kpop today!It's due to the fact that a collapsing kpop industry required a new image thus the current kpop is different in style so as to break free from it's past!I think kpop dance has improved after shinhwa and H.O.T helped paved the way for present kpop!Please don't get me wrong as I grew up in the current kpop and was to young then to listen to the great older kpop!Sorry guys!:)
I don't know if anybody agrees with me but I think K-pop is not the same as it used to be... Maybe this sound disrespectful to the present artists, but... K-pop is getting way to futile for me to even listen to it... once in a while I like to revisit the oldies...

But since H.O.T. no longer made music/dance together after their break-up, with Shinhwa's 3rd, they had already entered an area that H.O.T. hadn't touched on. Shinhwa changed styles distinctively (music and dance styles) again with their 4th (Wild Eyes), 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th albums. Shinhwa's music is not a bit more modern, they have [cont]

So I think it unfair for ppl to just come out and say 'h.o.t. is better' when in their silence of the past decade, Shinhwa had produced music h.o.t. has never touched. h.o.t. is/was awesome, but even you can see how illogical it is to compare and negate 10 years worth of music to a blank sheet? You can't compare music that are mutually exclusive.
I know H.O.T is an awesome group and one of the very first Big Korean groups and that they are the group that ShinHwa looks up to, I mean they are the ones that have opened the path for all korean artists to be recognized internationally they really are an inspiration but...
I still think that NO group can compare to what ShinHwa has done for the Korean Music Industry =D

everytime i'm watching this video, or their performance of this song, it's always fascinating to see min woo jumping on the chair... i thought the chair was nailed on the floor, but after the song, they can just easily pick up the chair...

@NaruHinabias I like DBSK but if we are talking Legends, Shinhwa is up there with HOT and G.O.D as the original boy group legends of kpop, even DBSK has nothing on these guys. Shinhwa is also a legend because they have been together for 11-12 years without disbanding. You should try their stuff, they are pretty awesome.

Of cos the old kpop is what made the present kpop today!It's due to the fact that a collapsing kpop industry required a new image thus the current kpop is different in style so as to break free from it's past!I think kpop dance has improved after shinhwa and H.O.T helped paved the way for present kpop!Please don't get me wrong as I grew up in the current kpop and was to young then to listen to the great older kpop!Sorry guys!:)

I don't know if anybody agrees with me but I think K-pop is not the same as it used to be... Maybe this sound disrespectful to the present artists, but... K-pop is getting way to futile for me to even listen to it... once in a while I like to revisit the oldies...

@khmerbraveheart I think it's wrong to say h.o.t. is better than shinhwa like it's a fact; it's entirely objective. Whether it was h.o.t. who inspired shinhwa or seo taiji & boys who inspired them all, depending on each member, that is also objective; andy was supposed to join h.o.t. w/ Tony after all (except his parents thought he was too young), Kangta and Hyesung are best friends, and Junjin was recruited into SM by Kangta *shrugs*

But since H.O.T. no longer made music/dance together after their break-up, with Shinhwa's 3rd, they had already entered an area that H.O.T. hadn't touched on. Shinhwa changed styles distinctively (music and dance styles) again with their 4th (Wild Eyes), 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th albums. Shinhwa's music is not a bit more modern, they have [cont]

@khmerbraveheart endlessly evolved. If the idea of being better is trying something 'first', Shinhwa also had many firsts.
So I think it unfair for ppl to just come out and say 'h.o.t. is better' when in their silence of the past decade, Shinhwa had produced music h.o.t. has never touched. h.o.t. is/was awesome, but even you can see how illogical it is to compare and negate 10 years worth of music to a blank sheet? You can't compare music that are mutually exclusive.

I know H.O.T is an awesome group and one of the very first Big Korean groups and that they are the group that ShinHwa looks up to, I mean they are the ones that have opened the path for all korean artists to be recognized internationally they really are an inspiration but...
I still think that NO group can compare to what ShinHwa has done for the Korean Music Industry =D

I think I like ShinHwa more to the fact that I grew up listening to they're songs, I really admire they're hard work and togetherness that they have had over the years =) hehe...
