And now we can't charge her again, because she's already been acquitted.

It could get there any number of ways.

OK. Even if she DIDN'T murder the child, she's still guilty of something. The issue is that they charged her for the wrong things, and they were being lenient with her. If my child was missing (if I had one), I'd react immediately and call the police, before or during calling everyone I knew. Casey Anthony waited 30 days. THIRTY DAYS to call the police. And now we can't charge her again, because she's already been acquitted.

Someone (who it cannot be proven was the defendant) searching chloroform on a computer proves nothing other than someone (who once again is an unknown party) searched for it. The fact it cannot be specifically proven to have been a search done by anthony herself makes it circumstantial. Hair in the drunk is also circumstantial as it is a family vehicle. It could get there any number of ways.

I don't recall them having DNA but it doesn't matter at this point...my point is that we weren't on the jury; they were and we as Americans should respect all Civil Servants especially jurors considering they're drafted into service. This is no different than when Vietnam Vets came home to fruit being thrown at them.

If that were the case they would have been front and center at the press conference after the verdict and here we are nearly a month later and only three of the seventeen selected have spoken. They were drafted into service; they did not volunteer. They received a notice to appear and yes it is like serving your country and getting spit on for doing so. There was no Physical Evidence and the Circumstantial Evidence was open to interpretation. @onstageagain Researched and I stand corrected. Innocent in till proven guilty does not exist, almost like having a fair trial. Like a friend said "guilty in till proven not guilty". Glad she is out though.

@TRYER25 in the Scott peterson case the only evidence they had against him was a strand of hair on THERE boat and he bought some porn 2 weeks after she was reported missing. with that he got the death penalty, somehow i get the feeling you would be ok with that guilty verdict, which leads me to believe the only people who support casey anthony are those that think shes that big of a slut they might have a chance of F@$%ing her...Its not gonna happen.

Caseys characteristics are that of a sociopath. That's why she didn't feel bad when she killed her daughter. Sociopaths lie about everything.

@snappy5 I watched the Bio channel yesturday that was all about her. It made me sick to even watch it. She knew her daughter was gone. She only cared for the public attention and to lie, cheat and steal. She never cared to look for her, because she obviously knew that she was dead. And she was the last person to see her. So what happened to Caylee can only be answered by Casey. I only wish our legal and justice system could do a much better job.
