Well, i just so happen to live in Andover and the story portrayed is waaay off. It WAS a one way system, drive in on the left side, on the right, so the cars on the right were there first and therefore are entitled to any spaces that become available. The woman in the white car jumped the queue and naturally the other woman got pissed off.

The town centre is also now pedestrianised and there are only 10 spaces situated and are specifically for disabled parking only.
