@funky1234cute hey, this video is old and i have not used shoutcast in a long while. im pretty sure to talk while playing music there was a button in the shoutcast panel to click or hold down that would allow you to speak throughout a song... im sure you can find it on google somewhere from someone with a little more knowledge at this point

Why put it back to winamp? I've had to use my webcam for my mike, when I was diong a test today one of the other dj's said he could hear me breath and type, my every movement. So is changing it back gonna make it stop?

@superant10000 hey, go to google and download vurtual dj, you can broadcast and you can set it up with your micriophone as well, to speak while a song is playing reduce the sound on that deck and just talk, simple!

@Badlad192 It's okay, I've been using Winamp for ages now. It was just because I use a behringer XENYX 502 mixer for my Mic and Speakers, so it basically plays music from my speakers as well as my mic when I try to record, but I found out that I can just remove the out (speakers) from the recording so that it'll only record from the mic.

It's called broadcasting, and you need a professional sound card like an M-Audio and no Creative shit, line up a mixing consoel on it (Behringer will do), en a decent 48-v mic, a dynamic will do to, but not these stupid childish modes.

No, it certainly doesn't suck. It's decent stuff for home production, or to take with you to mix a band. It'll last and works good. But it's certainly no high profile stuf.

adress is usually and ip. if your gonna broadcast for a website they would most likely send you what to put for the adress.

yes eaglesfan is correct. there are places over the internet that you can go to and its a online radio station- im a DJ i would know- and yes they are considered DJs even tho there not at a turn table or some shit its still a disk jockey/ DJ
