@Canashea I notice sometimes in her dvd's that my calves are on agony....theres alot of jumps and stuff on the toes. try to always land softly and that your whole foot lands on the floor with jumping jacks , jogging and hops ... that should help :):) Also pause the dvd and hold the stretches a little longer 15secs after warm up but 30secs-1min in cool down. Sometimes they dont hold them long enough on the dvd's .
@AqueousStar7 personally i think there are way too many jumps in this and it just made walking really hard the next day, and that's even when doing the warm up and cool down stretches!
i did the dvd this morning and made sure i stretched out properly, lets see if i can walk in the morning otherwise its going straight on ebay!
davina my calves are in AGONY after this, i cant walk! and i did the warm up and cool down stretches so why am i in so much pian!!
