Master Horibe Seishi's "Nihon Budo-den Koppo Kai (Kenka-gei Koppo)" is one of japanese Koppo (=Koppojutsu) ryuhas.

Horibe says that Koppo is a japanese traditional Budo started by Ootomo No Komaro in 8th century and his strike-oriented system is the only heir of Koppo.

But other Koppo school masters disagree.

In their opinion, Koppo is from ancient China.

Koppo is surely traditional but mysterious Budo.

There's much schools, theories and rumors of Koppo and I don't know what is the truth.
