Grant is BEAST, especially if you can master him. he is hard as hell to use effectively, because he is always moving around everywhere, but if you can do it you will own a battlefield for a long time to come.

This game is actually good! It's a good break from the action adventure/RPG genre that is known for. The only problems that I had with this game is that the Clocktower Stage (Though cool through it's 2D and 3D counterparts) encourage you to make accidents unexpectedly thanks to the weird camera angles and the character art direction. Takeshi Obata is a very good artist, but his artwork doesn't fit the Castlevania series.

This could've been a REALLY good game. The fighting was pretty good. However, you could really tell that the game was low budget. Only 1 CG cutscene, horrible dialogue, awful in-game cutscenes, text endings, the "replay" value is just alllll filler, there's not enough variety in locations and whatnot. It could've been fantastic but it didn't live up to the potential because of its low budget. A shame it didn't sell well, a Judgment 2 could've been fantastic.

Arcade: Kill people for no reason at all.

Castle: Kill people in small rooms

This game is pretty fun and the wide range of the attacks never bore, but the game is nothing more than just killing your way towards the end.

I may be alone in my ideas, but I kinda wish they included the less well known characters, like Leon, Hector, Isaac, Rinaldo, ect. (All of which are in 3D Castlevanias.) But that may be because I really like the 3D ones (Not necessarily more than the 2D ones) and have become a fan of the characters. (Especially Rinaldo, ironically enough.)
