  • What's the best current deck in the new edition?

  • I don't agree he is nice man and good judge he wanted to win and he shout have won it

  • its fun to watch one of the best players in the world mess up.

  • I'm so confused. How do you play a planeswalker? I've never learned about them.

  • A planeswalker is in play when you play it. It comes into play with a listed amount of "Loyalty" counters (In the lower right corner). The planewalkers have abilities that can only be done at sorcery speed and can add or take away counters based on the ability.

Now when you deal damage to a player (Vis a spell or a creature) you can choose to remove an equal amount of loyalty counters off the card. Once it reaches zero loyalty counters, it goes to the graveyard.

  • @Zuul030 Its actually slightly different from what you said. You CANNOT choose to remove loyalty counters from a planeswalker when a creature does combat damage to a player. If you want to get the planeswalker you need to attack IT, instead of the player.

  • Play them like you're play anything else, only they count as another player, not a creature. Their abilities are activated once per turn anytime you could play a sorcery.
