@LeoEXPBC the side missions make total sense. If you played Arkham asylum you would know that joker got sick from the Titan formula. The only reason that you do not like this game because you can't see a beautiful game when you see one. Oh and also this on is open world and you can do so much stuff in it. Like side missions riddler trophies and riddles. Find the riddler hostages and so much more

This game isn't a let down but it isn't perfect.400 Riddler trophies to collect is pretty boring.I found some side missions to be ultra boring.Although the graphics are beautiful the constant blackness and greyness is dul and if you swing along the city the greyness could easily turn you off.

It was alright. Fighting was kind of irritating most of the time seeing as Batman hits like a little girl high on sugar and can only lay people out halfway decent by doing a terribly slow finisher allowing for thugs to just casually walk up and bitch slap the shit out of you. City is small, but with so little to do it should be much smaller to cut down on the already short game and tedium. :SPOILER: Also, Joker isn't so stupid as to get himself killed in such a way, ridiculous send off.

I think Gears of War 3 was much better. The plot was much stronger, and there's every reason to get the DLC. It's a perfect 10.

@mrsquishiness The plot for Gears sucked... the actual story itself is fine, but the dialogue is laughable. It's cheesy on purpose I know, but that doesn't mean the story is good. Arkham City's story was awesome. It was a comic book brought to life with EXCELLENT voice acting. Gears' voice acting is good for the most part... but Jace... still love both games though.

And that means something since I am a HUGE fan all ALL the Batman movies (Not just Dark Knight) This game is what I've been playing since it's release date. I have Uncharted 3, Skyrim, CoD, and BF3 all sitting there gathering dust while I kickass as Batman! It's a really hard game to get platinum on though :(

@bag04u IMO yes. :) I need to play it though. :) But I loved Arkham Asylum and I just completed batman Arkham asylum today thanks to something called OnLive. ;) That allowed me to FINALLY play the game at full framerate without any bugs on my crappy computer which could normally not play the game smoothly. I payed £1 for it on OnLive. It was a temporary offer. But at least I don't have to wait a couple of years to play arkham city now right? lol

That doesn't mean, however, that an individual can't give a game a 10 based on the sheer experience and superior attributes which the player comes to identify as a result of that experience. 10/10 doesn't always have to mean absolutely perfect. Personally, I give Arkham Asylum a 9, maybe a 9.5. Only problems I had were the boss fights. Can't wait to buy Arkham City!
