There's nothing worse when you have a material rehearsed ready for a set just for someone to shout from the crowd and undermine you and ruin the flow and punchline to your jokes. @joeklocek This is about the third time I have watched this video of you working this guy over in good fun, you were funny as hell. I give you full chops man for inviting the heckler up onto the stage, it could of went any where from that point so in my view you were taking a small risk (no one can truly know what a drunk heckler is going to do), but again to me that moment of "pure improv" was awesome. As for the guy, buddy knew what he was getting into the moment he came up on to the stage.

@bubrockit No, the guy who should have cut it short was the heckler. His fault for not knowing his place and apologizing for being a rude asshole. He could have conceded with grace at any time, or not have fucking challenged the comedian in the first place. The comic did him a favour asking if he wanted to go back to his seat.
