  • Your guitar sounds great.

  • Awesome!

U got some mad chicken-pickin' skills!

There is no better Les Paul tone than Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, period!

I luv this version, it's my favorite!

Much better than; "Fast Talkin' Woman's Blues!"

    Nice work my friend!

  • Awesome! excellent playing and great sound! I love this song and you play it very good!

  • If you listen to Greeny, the attack is extremely precise and held back until very specific moments.....he is not all over the shop; we shouldn't get carried away by gear spec alone.

  • Hi nice sound -greetings from germany -winni

  • Strangely it's the first time I see one of your videos. Sounds great, will watch this channel for sure. Cool amp.

  • Marty, just to know my man, have you reversed your magnets the way Peter Green had?

  • What amp are you using?

  • Your bottom E's way flat, man. Sort it out!

  • Sweet Fleetwood Mac Song man. Great tone.

  • I would do terrible, terrible things for that Amp...

  • did green use a selmer amp on this song? or what did he use?

  • damn dude what key are u in

  • im 90% sure that is G

  • nope, it's A :)

  • sorry i meant to say it was ericberse1980 that was ridiculous

  • peter green??

  • Excellent work and do I detect a Led Zeppelin poster hanging on the wall in the background?

  • igual te ekivokai weon jaja

  • As always - great tone and skills. What guage of strings do You use?

  • I use 9-42's.

  • Eric ,what would make someone post such a negative comment?I have watched many of martys videos and they sound very good.I would love to see you post something for us,that is if you can even play an instrument.

  • wow, what an asshole. where's your videos?

  • Eric, please refrain from unwarranted negative comments on Martys talented interpretation of Driftin and show us your own capabilites

  • The edge is an excellent guitarist! Can you play as good as him!

  • @cardude6987

what a wanky thing to say...

  • ha that is a laugh out lour ridiculous comment

  • Oh, and what settings are you using there? I just recently get a Metro JTM45 and am planning on getting a 2x12 for it.

  • plugged into bright channel, normal volume 8, bright channel 8, treble 6, mids 6, bass 2, presence 6.

  • So you have the two channels jumpered?

  • no, but even without the channels jumpered the normal volume has an effect, it gives more gain. Although much more subtle than when its jumpered.

  • greenbacks?

  • Actually scumback speakers, H55 and H75.

  • some fast finger work going on here

  • Champs

  • Hey Marty; What guage strings are you using on your LP? What model/year is the guit?? Were you using any effects? What amp is that?? (Sorry for all the questions; answer if you want)

You're certainly turning me into a Peter Green Fan; any albums you'd recommend as a place to start?? Thanks

  • Strings are 9-42, they are really old at the moment because I have been using the Tele a lot. LP is 2005 standard, skatterbrane pickups and Rs wiring. The only effect was a very very slight amount of Vanamps reverb (listen right at the end with the single notes). I would recommend Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac and the Blue Horizon Box Set.
