Oh, the Detroit Zoo! I LOVE that Zoo. The little black squirrels! The rumor is...Michigan State was doing an experiment with black squirrels, and some got loose. East Lansing use to be populated with the black squirrel, but I see Detroit (Ferndale, Royal Oak?) has some now? The silver back Great Apes. I visited the "Great Ape House" the first winter the Zoo was open; glad they served hot chocolate at the concession stands! What wonderful memories. Thank you. 10+ stars!
