  • It's been prooven time and time again that you don't need a weight loss plan, diets don't work. It's PORTION CONTROL simple as that. If you can manage to eat 5 or six times a day small meals you can eat whatever you want!!! Why do all these overweight people drink diet coke? Or scarf down like 5 lean cuisines a day going way over the salt intake for the day.

    If your overweight, excersise and small meals are key to loosing weight, screw diets your wasting your taste buds, eat REAL food.
