  • Hi, impressed with your commentaries, any chance of shedding some light on your routines or tips on your general diet? Any advice would be awesome, cheers!

  • @ZeroDown88 I will send u my plan

  • Hey great progress, and thanks for the tips. Would you mind sending me your schedule/diet as well?

    Thanks in advance man.

  • @ThehankMr Sure

  • Hello Konrad!!! i like all your videos...it inspires me! Thanks you for that ...well im skinny all my life...and now, i started to build some muscles ( i hope) ...started going to gym for 1 week now...is there any program and diet plan which you could send me as my guide...thank you in advance... (too many information here in the net)

  • Oh and could you send me a program? Very nice of you to offer it in exchange for a subscription, I subscribed regardless of that though!

  • I feel like there was a show where the lady trainer said she was 3% body fat – isn't that almost unhealthy? Or is that within the healthy range of BFP? What's your opinion on really low BFP (for women and men)?

  • @lemonrain13 BS it's not possible to be 3% Women also have a higher bf% so no way. Pro bodybuilders have a bf% of around 6% and that's mega ripped for a show.

  • @SixPackProgram Thanks, I thought it was BS too. She was still so jacked and had no noticeable fat content at all, even around her midsection. Her name's Jackie Warner in case you were wondering, I think her BFP is somewhere around 6 or 7 %.

  • @SixPackProgram It not impossible to get down to 3% for a show, but that is men, and it is also only maintained for a day or so and it is still extremely low. I mean no disrespect, but I feel like the women in the fitness industry are kind of clueless, Ive heard multiple women tell me they were at 5 or less precent which is just not possible. For women essential bodyfat is around 10-12% men is 3% so it is highly unlikely that even in competition you will find women below 8%

  • @JustBeingHonest00 Yeah don't women store a lot of fat in their legs and midsection? I feel like it'd be impossible to lose that weight and keep it off. Even Jackie Warner seemed to have kind of thick/rounded calves and thighs, like it wasn't completely muscle but with a solid layer of fat.

  • @SixPackProgram i knew one guy who bodybuilds and he actually got down to around 4-5% it was ridiculously unhealthy what he did to accomplish that. he ended up in the hospital alot

  • Thanks bro

  • No lower or higher than 10%. Nice work bro.

  • Hey just subscribed to your channel and am wondering if you could send me your fitness and diet schedule? Thnks

  • @bs123ism Yes

  • @SixPackProgram Hey mate, could i get a copy too?

  • @GymMuch Yep sent it

  • @SixPackProgram me also please!

  • hey was up . i was wondering if u can send me the fitness program .please thanks in advance.

  • Hey man i tried going to the website and it doesnt let me!!!

  • @mangato Too busy to keep it updated, so I pulled it down. Sent you the plan via message

  • my bathroom scale tells me i'm 10.1% but i'm not as big as you are.

  • @SpartanForgeWorld300 Stacle are not a 100% acurate a pinch test is better.

  • nice genetics

  • @slipknoterman You clearly have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. If you can look at that guy and say that that "he's definitely under 10%" I have nothing more to tell you other than that you need to have your eyes checked out. The funniest part of this is that the very man you see in this video replied to my comment saying that it was "on the money".

  • 10 % body fat exactly

  • filmik jest z zeszłego roku?; jak teraz wygląda twoja transformacja ?

  • @waldekk333 Na profilu jest moje zdjecie z przed paru miesiecy.

  • You can see your abs clearly so you're at 8-9%, maybe even lower.

  • Nice work wish i had the focus & willpower to be so committed

  • @arp50 It's a matter of how bad you want it. Set a big goal with small goals along the way. Train and eat right and you too can have a six pack. It's not easy but it is possible with dedication :)

  • @SixPackProgram height and weight?

  • I would say he's at 8 now I'm 13 at 9% body fat and I'm just barely getting abs I am also 168 so maybe that's why and I know for sure I'm at 9 my mom tested me and is a pro body builder

  • You are no lower than 10%...I'd give you about 11% bodyfat

  • KingGeorge90 11% u serious? hes like 8 , 9 atmost

  • @slipknoterman Do you know how lean 8-9% bodyfat is? If his bodyfat was that low he'd look much harder and would show significantly more muscular seperation and definition. People need to understand that there is a MAJOR difference between having "abdominal defintion" and a full fledged six pack. His abs are visible but they are too blurry for him to be 8-9% bodyfat like you say he is. He has good muscle tone and is quite lean but he is by no means ripped. Like I said, he's roughly 11-12%

  • @KingGeorge90 It has been a very interesting experiment puting out this question. As you can see the perception varies quite a bit. Your comment is on the money.

  • @SixPackProgram Thanks! I appreciate the comment. People often underestimate bodyfat percentage. They believe that just because a person exhibits abdominal definition they are therefore safe to assume that the person is in the single-digit bodyfat range when that couldnt be further from the truth. Anyways, continue to work hard and keep on striving towards reaching whatever fitness goals you may have

  • @KingGeorge90 no not really, hes definitely under 10%

  • @kettlebellbl Only one way. Strict diet, no sugar and cut the carbs. Increase cardio. It's hard as your body has cravings so it's hard to stay on course. If you are good 80% of the time you will have great results :)

  • 8% to 10 or lower dont listen to all there retards, Anyone that saids 10%+ is a retard

  • 8% !

  • 9.8% the centerline of the abs start to show.

  • 11%

  • i dont really care u still hot.

  • id say 11%

  • i think thats about 9%

  • I think you are stuning!

  • Thats about 15% man

  • @SK415 Nice broscience, whats even more funny is the idiots who think they are 10% and have stubborn bodyfat when they see a blurry 4/6pack. And the fitness models who go on shows on on their own blogs claiming "4-5% bodyfat" when their more like 8-10% MASSIVE DIFFERENCE.

  • not much dude, do some running and you will loose the fat, if you have any, if it really bothers you, btw, you look great man, i don't see any problem,

  • I think you are great man just ry to do more triceps and shoulders

  • @AlgolWest Thanks. I have been focusing on the delts but it has been a problem area for me.

  • @SixPackProgram Ive got a similar body type than you(tall and long arms), maybe supersets could work very well to you

  • i think your at 10000000000000000000000% fat right now... just do some cardio ;)

  • 7-10

  • 55

  • i dunnno maybe 7 or 8?

  • What's your height and weight?

  • @TranswarpXL 6.4ft 102kg in this vid. Around 104kg now.

  • With this vid i would say your bang on estimate of between 9-10% BUT thats aslong as you have no crazy fat pattern. Alot of Lower body fat etc.

  • between like 8-12

  • 9 - 10%

  • when you were leaning out how long did it take you to go from 13% to 10%?

  • @acharris2005 around 6 weeks

  • you should do the hydrostatic body fat test. at my gym, ( Golds) they have it available for 49 bucks and 39 for a re test. Thats the most accurate way to gauge your bodyfat. Got a few questions if you don`t mind. Whats ur cold flexed arm measuremnt? and your waist measurement? judging by your vid i would guess 15.5-16in arms cold and 29in waist? Also how many cals carbs protein fat were u consuming when dieting? i go 2300-2400cal 225-250 pro 35-40g fat and 220-230 carbs

  • @acharris2005 Arms 16in and waist 36. Chest 46. I don't count calories. When I want to strip fat I cut down on the carbs and totaly cut out the sugar. I can keep my body fat around 10% without a problem and can keep adding on muscle mass while keeping the bf low. If I want to go below 10% I have to get strict.

  • 10% MAX how did u gauge your bf? i would say u look more like 8-9%. im also dieting, been dieting for the last 8 weeks. started out at 184lbs about 16-17% bodyfat. waist was around 32.75-33. Im currenttly 174lbs about 12% bodyfat. abs are comin in a bit but not there yet. waist 30.75. I plan on getting down to about 168lbs around 9%. hopefully my abs are good enough at that weight!

  • @acharris2005 I calculate it by measuring certain bodyparts. The best is the pinch test but you need the pinch tool to measure. That's a good reduction in fat. Keep going. Do your abs every second day. They will come through better when you build them up a bit. Let me know if you need any help :)

  • if your not flexing your abs then you must be like 5-7 if your flexing em 7-9

  • @fesuma Thanks. This has been an interesting experience. I wanted to gauge people's perception of what body fat % looks like to them. Most guessed below my actual body fat. In this vid I am 10% Thank you for your feed back :)

  • @SixPackProgram DANG 10%? you must have some good ass abs lol your doing good man keep going

  • @fesuma Thank you for your nice comment :)

  • i say you are around 8 or 9% already!

  • i think you are about a 9-10 precent bodyfat because i am a little slimmer then you and i am an 8.3. anyways if you are done gaining mass for now, then i would sugest trying to lose more body fat so your muscles are more defined

  • fuck ur ripped. im like 12% body fat i think and i look no where near u. too skiny here. how tall ru and how much do u weight?

  • @devilboy55 6,4ft 250LBS

  • wow how did u manage to keep so much weight. thats really amazing.. like by in terms of nutrition do u know how many calories you were consuming per day?

  • @devilboy55 Thanks. I don't count calories. I just cut carbs and sgar. This does the trick. It's hard to keep the size when cutting down. Discipline is key.

  • @Joelybowlz lol :) Sounds like you should get onto the sixpackprogram :P

  • You look 9% or 10% - Try measuring yourself it's not that hard.

  • @WeightGainNetwork I know what I am. I posted the question so I could see the people’s perception of body fat.

  • @SixPackProgram Oh alright. Yeah once you get down to 8% you'll be shredded. I'm at 10% right now just like you and I'm shooting for 8% as well... Then I'm going back into a bulking phase. The last few % goes pretty slow. Are you doing HITT cardio like sprints?

  • @WeightGainNetwork Tell me about it? The difference between 10% and 8% is unbelievable. It takes a lot of discipline with diet and cardio. For my cardio I play basketball and surf.

  • @SixPackProgram im 13 percent bodyfat, but i heard that if u reach below 10 percent bodyfat and you wanna gain mass still, its gonna be difficult because of your metabolism? is that true?

  • @TheKale808 Yes it will be difficult but not because of your metabolism but because you can't eat as much. It is possible but your diet needs to be perfect. If you have too many calories you will put on fat, if you have not enough you will not grow.

  • @SixPackProgram ok thanks man, killer upper body btw

  • @TheKale808 Thanks bro. Check out my free website for more info. It's back up now.

  • @SixPackProgram oh cool whats the site called?

  • @TheKale808 sixpackprogram . com

  • @SixPackProgram i think you are 8 per cent

  • @MrPritesh93 Thanks Mr :) How is your transformation going?

  • @SixPackProgram Pretty well, been hitting the gym pretty much everyday, going hardcore on the rowing machine, definately toning up. I havent been doing much for my abs so that is next thing to add to my routine. I've got to thank you for the website youve made, really been keeping me motivated, and the video you made also, im doing a simmilar project, when im finished you'll be the first person i show it to :)

  • @MrPritesh93 That's great, I'm looking forward to it :)

  • Might even be less than 10 % by observation, congrats. What exercises do you do to target fat loss, or is it a matter of just diet and basketball for you?

  • @G00n3r4Life Diet is the most important thing. Low sugar and low carb, 6 meals per day. For me basketball is my cardio but I recommend interval training first thing in the morning for fat loss.

  • Well done mate. I think your spot on with 10% BF.

  • @danmasey I will do a pinch test soon. Thanks for commenting :)
