What I'mm looking for is a video editor program that allows me to zoom right in on a section of my movie. Just like in the closing scene of the film The Shining.

Any ideas? I have VideoPad and Movie Maker and CS4 Extended but it can't cope as I need the file size to be big and clear for when it zooms all the way in to the picture.
