LOL!!!!!! I do remember this!!!!! SCTV were sharp in parodying music videos, movies, tv shows, etc....they had an eye in editing and producing skits..
I'm pretty sure what you're looking for was also uploaded by Larrythefatcat and is the third part of "The Last Polka" as posted here on YouTube! It's pretty awesome!!!
LMMFARO,Wishing/A Flock of Seagulls!!!..."I Just Asked Him a Question...But His mouth was filled with Mrs.Vilvy-jazsces delicious Cabbage Rolls!!!"..."Maybe He Should Wash it Down with some Coffee!', ...leutonian's Links Minyak ...i Love These guys,...The Last Polka is The ultimate Epic music Documentary!!!/next to Electric Ladyl,The Last Waltz, and and 2112>>>
The video at 3:35 is as funny today as it was back then. A total parody of early MTV videos. This is why SCTV was so great: cutting edge then, timeless today.
@rbairos1 that would probably be true except Weird Al was already recording his strange songs years before SCTV was on cinemax. I remember cause I was in college then (1979) and hearing a local radio station interviewing Weird Al
@rbairos1 Not to mention, the famous accordian player and polka king Frankie Yankovic 1915-1998. Weird Al Yankovic is not related to Frankie, BUT he did perform on Frankie's final album playing "Who Stole The Kishka?"
Thanks for putting this up. I had a funky good time!

Reminds me of that North Korean group's accordion cover of A-ha's, "Take on Me."
