Haven't played the Next-gen versions of 3, but on the PS2, definitely go for 2. An example of the retardation put into 3: I get an error sign in place of The Lizard. Rent 'em both and see which you like best, if you feel the need.

i have 3 n played 2 n both of em kick ass =) but 3 has better graphics n more missions i think...n stuff like that but...theres one thing its missing...u cant pick up criminals n take em to the top of a building n drop em...i loved doing that but they took that away =( thats the only thing that sucks bout spiderman 3 xP but other than that... its a really good game =)

well this is a pretty good game n blah but umm...idk... it gets kinda boring after a while cuz after u finish the missions u keep doing the same thing over n over... then few robots come to get u n blah but they arent much of a threat so yeah...but it is a really good game =) it feels good to play it when ur pissed of n feel like destroying everything n stuff lol xD
