Thanks for the view of the new construction. We had a timeshare at Pelican in the mid 80s and I had a hard time figuring out where it now is in the scheme of things. It was a 1 bedroom in the M wing. After hurricanes and the like wonder if that building still exists!
All I can say is ,,Your absolutely correct Lexmark I have been watching the on goings of this Place i built ,, Incidentally they did not pay their bill to the contractors too. pelican resorts and royal resorts have screwed hard working people out of tens of millions of dollars, shipped the money into an offshore account and closed it's doors. st. maarten has become a lawless society with no consumer protection.
