It's missing that fuzzy buzzing sound on the intro. The din din din din din din din din sounds awkward in the middle too. I don't mean this to be a criticism.

Sound fake only as computer can do!Rigid and canned, and first to make a song,we need to be Technicals of Computer???Absurd to mind that!A musician can't waiste time to use a software, hes needing to play....right now!
you don't like the future. stay closed and stuck in your past. some people prefer old babooo flutes, some people prefer Reason 4.0. none are better than other, just different cultures.
ROFL! This is standard synthesizer stuff, nothing technical, man! If you don't like synthesizers don't use or listen to them. And as much as a musician has to learn to play his acoustic instrument, say a piano, guitar or violin even more an electronic musician needs to lear how to get most of his instrument. It's not even remotely easier than classical instrument.
I've noticed that the sequencer runs assynchronous near the end of this video. noway. I'll make this video again. and I'll put some 8T tape echo as luke48 said AND some chorus. about the bending... hmm... not sure doing all bending work :\
Actually to get the exact effect you should set a tape echo of 8T note delay.
Also the string sound is using double pitch bend to get the effect (+7 once, 2nd time around +2). Live Nick uses +2 notes (2 times and 2nd time barely moves it)
This is my bro! sup' man came here to check out ya video, nice work, but i think u do it beta live! LMFAO

why didn't you use any pitch bends in the intro ?
Keybern 6 months ago
@Keybern roland keyboards have a "joystick" for high-speed bending, vibrato. my keyboard have bending wheels.

Yes, and e.g Clannad's Robin the Hooded Man is an excellent combination of both worlds :)

Are you using Jupiter 8 samples made for Reason?
thesnake383 4 years ago
there is a subtractor patch called Jupiter, that does the strings, bending african flute sound.

Just minor details:-). Actually I made an error: it's 8. delay (1/8 note + 1/2).
Nice video (I was just nitpicking about details).
To replicate the end: add portamento gradually (and tempo is also slightly slower)
