When I was 13 yrs old I had a very favorite Uncle ( Robert Turner )would take me to deliver bread on a Saturday morn .That alone earned me 5 bucks ,, and it was grand ! When He would drop me off at home .. I would listen to Ricky Nelson ... Frankie Valli ...and the Four seasons ,,,when Others were off listening to Copper ..... I would fall asleep on my parents couch and pretend I was the lead singer in each and every group ....I dedicate this part to.Christopher Turner ....and Karrie Anne <3

Although I am a straight male .. this man is sexy .. talented ... and a fantastic singer .. my Mom introduced me ti his million sellers album at a very young age . I used to watch the Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet when I got home from scholl to just to hope Ricky would sing on the show ... I was enthralled by this man's talent which lead me to a muci career of my own ... thank Mr. Nelson .. you are a great talent

Inever thought much of NELSON when i was younger (into zep)...then i saw him in L.A. about a maonth before he died...I was hooked...he was no MONKEY'S FAKE!!!THIS GUY STOOD TOE TO TOE WITH ELVIS AND ROY ORBITSON!!!His lead guitar player JAMES BURTON went on to play with ELVIS TOO.Anybody see him jam with SPRINGSTEEN on ORBITSON'S black & white video?fantastic!!

Ricky Nelson was a big inspiration why I wanted to play guitar & sing at a very young age (10). I use to watch The Ozzie & Harriet show just to see Rick sing at the conclusion of the show. When I bought his LP (great portrait cover of him),this song- My one desire,I'm in Love & Lucky Star became instant favorites of mine. His commercial hits Young World,It's up to you along of course with Travelin' Man & Hello Mary Lou are songs I still enjoy playing & singing on his B/day (5-8) & anytime.
