@va7mn No, It's an old Yamaha Electone "E" model. I had one for a short period of time in the 80s and I would say that of all the non-Hammond organs out there at the time, these Electones had the closest authentic Hammond sound you could get out of a non-Hammond ----- as Rachel clearly demonstrates. The Yamaha Electones, while not Hammonds, were still superbly manufactured and designed professional organs --- and rather expensive.
I think I have all The Nice's music available on cd:The Thoughts,Ars Longa,The Nice expanded ,5 Bridges,Elegy,Swedish Radio,BBC Sessions,America(another different BBC import),Vivacitas,Fillmore East 1969(2009),Diamond Hard Blue(2010).All others like Here Come The,The Best Of,etc. are just duplicate music from what I already have. You probably know all this and I know you also have Bootlegs, but I thought I better list them just in case you're missing any.
There's sometimes things hard to understand and you simply have to accept them. That´s what happens with Rachel's out-of-this-planet ability to duplicate with such precision! The more I watch your video, the more I simply have to accept Rachel is a musical genius!!
With your LH percussion and the superb bass pedal line, it sounds exactly like the entire band is in the same room. Bravisimmo...perfect. Where'd all the toys go?? :)
Is that an A model Hammond?
