I think she meant her clothes, not her political affiliation. Conservative, in regards to clothes, means that it covers a lot and doesn't show off one's body. And yes, I did notice that while she wears a lot of sweaters and knee socks, Rachel does have a short skirt most of the time. I have to agree with all of them though, the Glee wardrobes are amazing. :D
