there exists also a tuned version of the feltzer.
i was driving around in alderney, and in front of my savehouse i saw two blue of them(tuned).

is there any way to open the roof for Feltzer? cuz some of them have open roof, some dont. i wonder is there's anyway to open roof manually.

that's something that i had to think about. u need a sniper rifle and he says to dump the car in the river. once he drives aim at the back of the guys head and then shoot. then steal it.
