Michelle Kwan rightfully earned the title as "legendary". She represents among the elite athletes out there, who dedicated their time for the love of sport. Kwan's charming, serious contender and a brave athlete all at once. I will never forget the time I saw her in one show, when all the other skaters were having the time of their lives. Kerrigan is forever history, faded along with that of Tonya Harding.

At the first U.S team practice in Turin, she had a new groin injury that prevented her from competing. Kwan claimed to “Respect the Olympics too much to compete”, and then withdrew from the U.S. team. The U.S. team that had a spot for her only with the help of a medical waiver, that is. And then there is Kristi the honest geniune skater who truly was a credit to the sport. She won the Olympic Gold Medal for the USA...why is kwan in this video? She doesn't belong...Kristi has integrity and OG

Thanks for the nice video...of note, Kristi had 3 US Championships total--although 2 of them were for Pairs with partner Rudi Galindo...IMHO, Kristi accomplished everything within a pretty short Seniors amateur career...thanks!
