actually you have to be uchiha to use the MS because Kakashi got his eye when Obito his friend was crushed by rocks during a mission. Only the Uchiha's have the power to wield MS and control it and only a select few can actually use it. Itachi is 1 Sasuke is 2 and some other member or Akat is 3.
