Yeah, when you go to a shrine double click on it as normal. Then once you sit down, hit jump then type in the emote you want to be doing. No one else will see it though, it's just client-side. It will stop once you attack something, use a door etc. But you can run around in the dance/sit/sleep etc. for pretty much ever.

Also works when recalling from a zone, hit jump, then type the emote. You can run all over town like that.
