  • I totally love this song! I'm really proud my teacher wants me to play this on violin!

  • Why is it played so fast ... it's like they want to get rid of it

  • 6:00 what's with the clicking sound?

  • @MetalAnonym0us

Hmm... it may be that I had to record this as it streamed through the audio, using a programme that records whatever's going to be transmitted through the speaker (why I couldn't just use the CD track I don't know...) and it may be that I clicked a link or something whilst making the recording - certainly sounds like a cursor click!

  • im playing this on flute

  • LOVE IT LOL

  • Same i can only play the first page because i've only passed grade 3 so its quite a challenge xxx

  • The concert is not as difficult as it sounds should only exercise I learned it all .... :)

  • I decided to play the Allegro part for Solo's (Summative) at school. The teacher says its going to be hard at my level, but thinks I can pull it off in a month and half to two months. I don't know what level I'm at......

  • Thank you. The correct tempo (and no stupid video)

  • @bluebottle99 i dont know... i could see this to a skate flick (not rollerblading)..... actually dwarf skating.... 2nd movement... maybe one of the skaters fell and broke his neck...and is floating to dwarf heaven.... haha you will never picture this masterpiece the same when u hear it!

  • i like it

  • One dislike, probably Vivaldi, in all his humilty, said this wasn't so good.

  • Who is the performer??? This is amazing!

  • @dora125

Iona Brown :) who I think sadly died a few years ago fro cancer. She's with the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields

  • @thelightisahead Thanks! :) Nice that her music keeps her spirit very lively. I'll look up more things from Iona Brown!

  • Hey, i know this is weird to notice but he was around from 1675-1741 not '78. Least thats what my trombone solo piece says.

  • dayummm i just can't play fast !

  • i have to play this. but i cant play this SOOO fast! amazing !!

  • My Favorite Concerto from Vivaldi (next to Winter)

  • Yes indeed :) but believe me, he wrote so much more amazing stuff other than the Four Seasons and the Op. 3 concerti!

  • Me too!!! Winter is my favorite though.

  • increible interpretacion a gran velocidad¡

es mejor si fuera a la velocidad k lo marca en las partituras pero buuueeennoo

aun así es una gran interpretacion

  • es chebre

  • the suzuki version sucks compared to this

  • Thank you for an additional gem in A minor. I love the second movement and am struck by the difference between this concerto and the Op. 9, #5. To me, this is more conventional but no less satisfying. I am also impressed with Vivaldi's use of space, in the second movement, not something typical in Baroque concertos. Lovely third movement, where the solo violin seems to serve as first violin of the orchestra as well. Excellent post.

  • One of the most graceful violin concerto in the world!

  • this is an amazing piece of music
