You know what sucks about Cinelli's, they don't have a brack where in which one can mount there pannier brackets...
Why doesn't Cinelli offer a TOURING Bicycle of course, using a steel frame (R520).

These bikes are made to be ultra-light carbon where you pay like $3,000.00 or more for a frame. They are not made to put racks on and load up with packages. They simply are too lights and not made for that type of loading and I'm sure that's why they don't make them with rack eyelets. Many companies now make fixies with eyelets to meet customer demand but they are all steel frames. If Cinelli makes a modern steel frame fixie, then I'm sure they will make an eyeletted version.
