There are many famous v beautiful women from the US who are not plastic--e.g. Liv Tyler, Anne Hathaway. And not just the US, but I'm just using it as an e.g. Funny that u mention Emmanuel Beart, she has had obvious plastic surgery especially on the lips

@yohanntim ironically the first could have been a mother in a US sitcom and I wouldn't have thought she looked out of place til she spoke. but despite both of those women looking completely ordinary to me and not by a long shot the most beautiful women I'd ever seen (not that the most beautiful is American or even an actress), that doesn't change the fact that two people aren't a nation.
