The penguins were ice-skating at the ice rink in the Mushroom Cup, I think it was. They always skated right in the way of my Kart and I'd go spinning off and crashing. So i know what he's talking about, hating the damn penguins...

It's not a cover so much as a parody of Dr. Seuss' "One Fish, Two Fish (Red Fish, Blue Fish)."

Aside from the chorus and some of the rhythm/rhyme patterns, I suppose there isn't too much Seuss in it.

I learnt this song and played it at an open mic night earlier this week, at the end during the canon instead of going on about peguins i sang "The blood will flow..." lines from the final page of the comic, it went over very well.

To be honest, I don't think that it made the transition to video as well as it might have. I know that you're primarily a writer, musician and humorist, so perhaps it's kind of cold to come down on you for a video.

As well, this is the first video that I've heard of you making.

For a first effort, it's pretty good.

Perhaps splicing in some video from the game, rather than the chords might have made it more interesting to the large number of us who don't play guitar.
