recent studies show ab circle pro for 3 minutes a day is just like taking a fast walk for 3 minutes anyone thats ever used it notices they start to increase heart rate, However in the fine print, you must do 3 minutes a day (may need more for desired results) and on top of that says you need a vigorus daily arobic work out. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Ive one btw and it doesnt do shit for 3 weeks of using it now.

@Kingxervis everyone has different body types and results varie. i understand your pissed that you payed for something that didnt work but i dont agree with what your saying. Ab circle pro worked for me, i mean sure it may have the same amount of calorie loss as a fast walk but i dont think this should be used to burn fat but to gather muscle tissue. And i bought mine for 50bucks, even if it wouldnt work i wouldnt feel that scamed lol

i have one and i can honestly say its some cheap made in china workout machine,

after the first 2 days it starts to break down, and you see white powder like substance all on the sides of the circle plastic. very very cheap material, and its recommended about 3-4 minutes a day and i used to do about 20 min no stop for about 2 months now and absolutly not 1 lbs loss,

if anyone is thinking of getting this, from my use i can say to look at something else, plus customer service succckkksssss,

@edo00001 mines not cheap do it for a about 20 mins, you also have to do more and rely on a little machine, do push up, jumping jacks, lunges, tredmill, and the ab circle for about 10 mintues and watch what you eat.

i have this machine i payed 200 dollars for it but,i was already skinny i just wanted abs,this thing helps u loose weight thats for sure but,honestly i dont feel any ab work wat so ever. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ramonalire thats funny cause according to studies and personal experience it works the opposite way. It doesnt burn much calories allthought it makes muscles grow. And im skinny to, maybe you should use it for more than 3minutes a day?
