  • face facts, post rock is building its rep. there are already too many bad post rock bands that sound the same. look at it this way though, once post rock is on mtv, we still have gems surrounded by the popular dirt. besides, why even bother trying to keep something so powerful exclusive. i'm still thanking the guy that introduced it to me 6 years ago.

so just keep sharing music, its inevitable.

    Chin Up Chin Up,

    Yndi Halda,

    Gregor Samsa,

    This Will Destroy You!

    Etc.

  • Great!!!

  • Post-Rock must never be popular

  • Good music doesn't need to be popular. It's better if it stays underground. In fact, being popular just destroys everything.

  • Join The Post Rock Network On FB!!! :) I'll Keep You Updated With Awesome Post Rock

  • This isn't Post-Rock! It's Art Rock! go to wikipedia...

  • The picture is really atmospheric and pulls me into another world.

Could you tell us where it is from?!

I was thinking to use it as a cover for a fictional story I am trying to create and it will be a perfect fit.

  • I love the image on this video.. Can anyone tell me where it comes from? Thx!

  • @Zoydian Get on the site Deviant Art and search for an image named From Pluto. The artist goes by Mr-Twingo. They really should have credited the source in the description.

  • @rambo6699 Thanks for the information you provided! I just checked it and found the picture. ^_-

And, yes, it would be nice of the uploader to credit the sources of the pictures used. I am a big fan of the stuff that @dayne815 uploads here on YouTube. =)

  • Don't worry everyone... Post-Rock will be popular soon :)

  • @eIementBr Who cares if it's popular or not? At least we know about this great music!

  • @eIementBr

    I seriously doubt that..

Not that I care either way; I just love this music, that's all

  • @eIementBr I seriously hope not... Call me a hipster or whatever, but I really dont want it extremely popular.

  • @Silvade14 Popular artists have little substance. I don't want to see post-rock lose its beauty and emotion.

  • @dellaire11 Me neither!

  • @eIementBr i actually hope it never will

its amazing music and alot of people are missing out but that is their problem

i hope postrock will never be famous otherwise the concerts wont be the same anymore

there will be a bunch of stupid people making noise which will make it harder to enjoy the music

so i really, really hope it will stay the way it is

  • beautifull...very creative.such a shame that very few people know about this group and post rock in generall...oh well, their loss :D

  • uhm, what does this band have to do with post-rock exactly?

  • @boboZsvk its got post-rock influences, definitely. post-rock doesn't have to be instrumental

  • @dfftw funn y knew abot post rock but never payed attention i have heard of post black metal similar but with some black metal vocals and music and i hated it and i love black metal but i hated post black metal but post rock is actually good has this melancholy depressive feel to it with clean vocals and its hard to explain what im trying to say just gota admit post rock is good hahah
