My friend had a old arctic cat and it caught on fire he sad he knew it would happen so he never bolted on the seat when it caught on fire he threw the seat off and ripped off the hood then threw snow on it he got the ski tie rods and snow flap the rest was junk he ended up selling it all for 400$

Now is the time to nut and bolt the entire sled. Clean your carbs, check your clutching, belts, grease, gears, track , brakes and strip off the old rotten F--ken fuel lines and put on new. Spend $5.00 on fuel line. Including the pick-up in the tank. The gas we are getting is crap! It eats up the hoses to the point where...well, Please see the above........ screw all you cat haters. you are just scared to even ride one because you're afraid you'll like it. cats dont blow up engines like ski-doo. the only reason it caught fire was because of a brittle fuel line, which can happen to any sled so its not cats fault just lack of maintenance. i've seen that happen on yamahas and polaris too.

my thundercat was built in 1993 and is still faster than your sleds. and my 1998 ZR 600 limited edition has 12,000 miles on its still in mint shape.
