No problem. Some fans were confused and irked by Bara's presence, because in the manga the real "villain" of the later plot arcs was the real seventh doll, Kirakishou. Bara kind of took her place in the plot, so that we don't see Kira until the end credits of the last Traumend episode - for barely around 10 seconds.

Ah, Hinaichigo's (former) master was Tomoe. She lost her ring in episode 2 after fighting Shinku and losing. She was only able to stay alive 'cause Shinku bent the rules, allowing Hina to draw power from Jun through Shinku herself.
