Hey PT i did the fittest yesterday and thought i died! It wasn't as bad as I thought but still killed me towards the end there. I dont know whats going to happen today when i start the first workout? I watched a few a them and was like I am going to f--ing die!
Isn't that the craziest?? I felt sore the next day after that battering. The workouts (while challenging) can be great. I LOVE the energy you feel throughout the day when you're done...assuming you work out in the morning! :)
Another great video Perry! I'm curious about Insanity, but not sure I'm up to it just quite yet. I just started P90X+ so I think I'll stick with that for awhile. Plus, my husband got me a new Nordictrak exercise bike for my bday. Maybe someday on the Insanity. I'll watch you do it, how about that? :) I think you will suprise youself and will do much better than you are anticipating.
Ah, you lurker! Hey no problem. Let me be the test case! I'll press onward and make this happen. I do like I can travel with this and on need to take any equipment. Plus the workouts are short. LOVE that!
pt would really like to try but with Chalean the heavy weights unfortunately really irritated tendonitis in my right arm really badly. I been off weights for 2 weeks and the problem is clearly up on its own so I just can't do heavy weights. I don't even want to mess with the bands either because i dont want to irritate nothing right now. But Insanity not needing any equipment may be something i can do. who knows looks to darn hard!
Um... I don't see Insanity being a good option. Lots of plank style moves and you still work the arms. Plus being super super intense. I wonder if Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, or Slim in Six would be better options to still work out, but be able to help that arm recover. Not sure. Not an expert on that.
I do another workout called t-tapp and its all only your own body. I really did not have an issue with this arm until i started the heavy weights! I been off weights for 4 yrs now and only went back for the Chalean program. Who knew it would irritate my arm? I sure did not think there would be an issue but low it was.
This is a crazy one. "Take away from momentum?" Good question. As far as conditioning wise, no way. Sure you might not bang out 20 pullups after the 60 days, but your body will no doubt be in amazing shape. It's different. And major intense. No equipment needed and very hard.
Aha. Didnt see that angle. Well, not sure. I'm not an expert here, but I do think many Xers will give this a shot. However I don't think for the average occasional weekend warrior. The X will still appeal there. JMO
Haha, defintately will need the mop and bucket my friend! I'm going onto day 4. LOVE LOVE LOVE it though! Did you count the fit test as your day 1 or do you have a specific start date?
When you did the insanity workout did you order the p90x formula or does insanity have their own that's similar to the p90x formula.

Good thinking. I just figured people would do a search for it and get to it easily.

congrats! I am interested in this workout. Do you think it will take away from the momentum of P90X?

Does that help?

well I sort of meant, do you think this new program will take away momentum from the popularity and sales of P90X?
