Love this GREAT actress. My favorite storylines for Dorian were Dorian and Mel (O, loved that guy) and the DID storyline. Loved her with Herb, too; and of course anything with Viki. Remember her on Coach; she was hilarious!
Also, I pray that soaps will one day soon be this great again, as well as tv and general, and hopefully legends such as the elegant and regal Ms.Strasser and Ms. Erica Slezak will continue to grace are tv screens for many more years to come!

yes, that would indeed be fun to watch. I became a fan whenever she was on "All My Children" as Dr. Kristina Karras....I've never seen her as "Rachel"...would love that.
@JONROSE44 She was great, yes, dramatic, but played the evil bitch role soooo great. The role was changing so Ms Wyndham was hired probably for difft acting abilities. That huge smile/teeth bothered me. Im not trying to be mean, but it just didnt work for me. I have read Harding Lemays book "Eight Years in AW", boy did he and Paul Rauch want J. Courtenay, G. Reinholt, and Virginia Dwyer out a there. Guess they could be Diva's, but Rauch shoild've laid the law down earlier with them.
@rebelboy31 I do have the scene where she is at Mary and Jim Matthews breakfast table the morning of Walter and Lenores weddig and also scenes at thir wedding reception. I heard Paul Rauch or ? destroyed the videos of her shows as he was so upset when she left the series. Sorry, Robin S. was the best Rachel to me. The difference bet. the two is that Ms Wyndham lacks the humor and range Ms Strasser has. Ms. Wyndham's acting limitations came thru when she struggled with playing two characters.
Dear jon rose, thankyou so much for making these robin strassertributes. They are wonderful. I discovered oltl at a time when i was quite ill and onje of the few things i was able to do was watch tv. One day I saw her on the cover of a soap mag. I said said I gotta check this diva out. Robin Strasser is a brilliant actress and I will be eternally greatful for the help and distraction she gave me during a very black time in my life with her wonderful performance.
Thanks for posting this! I want TPTB to let the old Dorian come back and reign over Llanview like she used to!!! She is the one and ONLY true Cramer woman!! Robin Strasser rocks big time!
Amen to that!!!! TPTB have all but delegated Dorian to great-auntie status which is a shame considering she is the best actress in daytime tv and has been for 40 years. Robin Strasser's talent is the ONLY reason I watch OLTL these days. Check out my other tribute vids on her, you might enjoy those too.
thank you so much for this OLTL is in the toilet now because they will not utilize ms strasser the way she should be .OLTL's ratings are lower than any other soap opera dorian is OLTL and she has been reduced to a weak busy body.OLTL is really ticking me off these days I never liked dorian with david vickers to me perosnally I cant understand how they became a supercouple thanks for this because we will never see our dorian like this again
Jonrose, did you know, like you, Ms. Strasser is a fan of Barbara Stanwyck's work? She has called Ms.Stanwyke, Bette Davis and Claudette Colbert amongst her favorite movie divas.
